Artifacts excavated from the Mochida burial mounds
A collection of excavated items representative of the Mochida burial mounds that constitute the Japan Heritage Story. Among the burial goods, a large number of bronze mirrors and beads have been unearthed, indicating that there was a long-standing relation with the Kinai province authority near Kyoto and the Korean Peninsula. They are located in the city of Saito and are owned by the Prefectural Saitobaru Archaeological Museum.
