Miyazaki Prefecture gets rather hot and sticky as early as late April, and as such one might be mistaken that wine cannot be produced in such a difficult climate. The Tsuno Winery stands as proof that the opposite is true, and features some of the best wine in the entire Kyushu Region. The winery is owned by the town of Tsuno, and it stands overlooking the sea. The winery is located in near proximity to the coast, and so it is easily accessible compared to some of the other scenic spots in Miyazaki that are more often than not located in the mountains.
