Ikoma Plateau is located at an altitude of 550m and has views of the Kirishima Mountains, the Kyushu mountainous area and the western valleys. It is famous as a flowery plateau and many flowers can be enjoyed here year round. Field Mustards, Pansies and Iceland Poppies bloom in spring, Sunflowers, Salvia, Crape Myrtle and American Hibiscus in summer and covered with Cosmos in autumn.

3 minutes driving on the Prefecture Road 1, direction Ebino Plateau from the Kobayashi Exit of the Kyushu Expressway.
